• IONOS: Our email service provider, who processes emails sent to and from our Careli email addresses.
• Legal authorities: Where required by law or to protect the safety of individuals on our platform.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR. Our platform data is stored in the European Union (Ireland) and is subject to UK GDPR adequacy provisions. Our email and form data may be processed in the United States by IONOS and Formspree respectively, both of whom operate under appropriate data transfer safeguards.

• Waitlist data: Retained until you are onboarded to the platform or request deletion, whichever is sooner.
• Platform account data: Retained for the duration of your account, plus up to 6 years thereafter for legal compliance purposes.
